Open My Tickets and check the event, ticket status, ticket code, and whether the QR image is available.
Review Transactions and the checkout timer. Keep the order ID and the exact payment reference ready.
Check the Help Center and the Official Ticket Policy for current payment, QR, entry, and refund guidance before retrying a payment.
Reconnect to the internet, refresh the page, and sign in again. Do not reset a QR unless you understand that the older credential may stop working.
Do not submit a second payment. Wait for verification, then check the order and My Tickets. If it remains pending, send the order ID and provider reference to Support.
Use only the payment method shown in the active checkout. If the session expires, start a new checkout instead of paying against an old screen or QR.
Include the order ID, account email, event, payment method, provider reference, and approximate payment time. Redact sensitive financial data.
All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges unless the show is cancelled or rescheduled. Read the Official Ticket Policy for the complete rule.
Open the ticket from My Tickets, refresh while online, and confirm that the order is verified. Tell Support the event and ticket code if it still does not load.
Reset QR creates a replacement credential. Use the newest QR only; an older QR may no longer be accepted at entry.
Retry from the open QR ticket dialog. On mobile app surfaces, Save and Share may use native bridge actions. Tell Support your device/browser and the action that failed.
Do not email or post the QR, ticket code, order reference, or a screenshot containing the full credential. Send only a redacted screenshot when it helps explain a display problem.
Confirm the account email, check your connection, and use the sign-in flow again. Never share your password or one-time code with Support.
Explain which field or verification step is blocked. Include your account email, but do not send identity documents unless a secure, official flow requests them.
Check the event notice and ticket terms first. For cancellation, reschedule, or venue changes, include the affected order ID so the case can be reviewed.
Read Account deletion. If you have an active ticket or unresolved payment, mention it before requesting deletion.
