Using Gita

Gita is a ticketing platform for concerts and live events in Myanmar, operated under REDDY GLOBAL LLC. By creating an account or purchasing a ticket, you agree to these terms. You must provide accurate information when booking — the attendee name you enter appears on the ticket.

Tickets & Payment

• Tickets are issued only after your payment is verified. Once confirmed, your QR ticket appears immediately in My Tickets.
• When you start a checkout, your seats are held for a 30-minute payment window. If payment is not completed in time, the order expires and the seats are automatically released for others to buy.
• Prices are shown in Myanmar Kyat (MMK) and include a 5% tax, always displayed before you pay.
• Each QR code is valid for one-time entry. Do not share your QR code — anyone holding it can enter in your place.

Refunds & Cancellations

Ticket sales are generally final. If an event is cancelled or rescheduled, or you believe you are entitled to a refund, contact our support team at support@gitamyanmar.com with your order ID and we will review your case. See the full Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Your Account

• You are responsible for activity on your account. Keep your sign-in credentials and QR tickets private.
• We may suspend accounts involved in fraud, ticket scalping bots, or abuse of the platform.
• Event details (date, venue, lineup) are set by organizers and may change; we will reflect updates on the event page as soon as we receive them.
