About Gita
Gita is a concert and live-event ticketing platform operated under REDDY GLOBAL LLC. We use the Gita service to help buyers discover events, reserve seats, submit payment references, and access verified tickets.

1. Data We Store
- Account information — your name, email address, phone number, and sign-in credentials (passkeys or federated sign-in such as Google). We never store your Google password.
- Order & ticket records — events booked, seats, amounts paid in MMK, payment method, and the payment reference you submit, so we can verify payment and issue your QR tickets.
- Attendee details — the name and contact information of the person attending, as entered at checkout.
- A device cookie / fingerprint — a pseudonymous identifier stored on your device, used solely for fraud prevention (e.g. detecting automated bulk-buying and duplicate accounts).
2. How We Use It
- To process orders, verify payments, and deliver QR tickets to your account.
- To keep your seat reservations and payment windows accurate and fair for everyone.
- To prevent fraud, ticket scalping, and abuse of the platform.
- To respond to support requests you send us.
3. What We Never Do
We do not sell your personal data — not to advertisers, data brokers, or anyone else. We share order details only with the organizer of the event you are attending, and only as needed to run the event and validate entry.
4. Security & Retention
- All traffic is encrypted (HTTPS), and tickets are signed so they cannot be forged.
- Order records are retained as long as needed for payment verification, event entry, and accounting. Device-cookie data is pseudonymous and is not linked to your identity beyond fraud checks.
- Local storage on your own device holds your session and preferences; clearing your browser data signs you out but does not delete your account.
5. Your Rights
You may update your profile information at any time on the Profile page. To request a copy or deletion of your personal data, use the Account Deletion page or email support@gitamyanmar.com from your account email. Some order records may be retained where legally required (e.g. payment audit trails).
