What the 12+ guidance means
Gita is a concert-ticketing and event-information service. The platform is intended for users aged 12 and older for browsing event information, creating an account, purchasing tickets, viewing orders, and presenting digital tickets.
This is platform guidance, not a replacement for an event organizer’s admission policy or local law.
What you may see in Gita
- Concert names, artist and organizer information, dates, venues, seating, prices, and ticket terms.
- Promotional artwork, performance photography, lighting effects, fashion, dancing, and other music-event imagery.
- Account, payment-status, order, and digital QR-ticket information.
Event-specific content
- Some concerts may include mature themes, strong language, nightlife or alcohol references, or content intended for adults.
- Marketing artwork and on-site performances can differ by artist, organizer, venue, and event.
- Check the event page and ticket terms before purchasing or attending.
Event admission ages always apply
Individual organizers and venues may set a higher minimum age than the platform guidance. An event may be general admission, require an adult companion, or be limited to adults. The event page, ticket terms, venue rules, and any ID check at the entrance control admission.
Gita cannot override an organizer’s age restriction. If the event information is unclear, contact the organizer or Gita support before buying a ticket.
Parents and guardians
Parents and guardians should review the event description, venue rules, start and end time, transportation arrangements, and any age or companion requirement before allowing a minor to attend. A ticket does not guarantee entry when the attendee does not meet the organizer’s admission requirements.
Account and purchase safety
- Use an account and payment method only with the permission of the account holder or payment owner.
- Keep passwords, payment details, order references, and QR tickets private.
- Do not share a QR ticket publicly; it may be used for entry.
- Follow applicable local laws and the organizer’s published rules.
